We are on our way to lighting the world GOLD during September for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month!

Every September, monuments, towers, bridges, and buildings around the world light up in shimmering gold to honor the brave children who fight cancer, the families who support them, and the lives we’ve lost too soon. This is the heart of The Gold Movement — a global call to action, awareness, and compassion.

Why Gold?

Gold is the official color of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. It symbolizes the strength, courage, and resilience of children fighting cancer. Just like gold is a precious metal, every child is priceless. Lighting up landmarks in gold is a powerful, visible tribute to that truth.

The Gold Movement is powered by Blaze of Hope and The 1Voice Foundation, in partnership with a coalition of nonprofit organizations, families, and advocates around the world. Together, we shine a light in every corner of the globe to say: Our kids matter. Their fight deserves visibility
